We encourage each student to wear their FGA gear to class. The class with the most spirit will win a prize the following week.

Each week will be hold a live viewing of our class at 3pm. During the live class we will stretch, build strength, work skills and learn how to utilize elements from home to help you stay active. The video will be available after the live viewing. Throughout the week we will upload games, handouts and more to help you succeed in working out at home. 

Wiggle & Jiggle provides fun parent/child interaction class for children 12 months – 3 years of age! A structured class, the toddlers develop and refine their fine and gross motor skills, build body awareness and coordination while learning social and listening skills. Watch as your child’s physical and social skills grow through unique activities, music, and play!!
